The name Morgan Rogers keeps coming up alongside Chelsea interest this summer, and it looks like there could genuinely be something in it all.

Romano has said:

“In England, Chelsea are for sure interested in Morgan Rogers.”

For Romano to mention it this way must mean that it is all very genuine. But whether Villa will entertain a sale and whether Chelsea would pay a big fee that would be needed to tempt them, remains to be seen for now.
