Some lovely images have been circulating of Thomas Tuchel meeting up with some of his former Chelsea players from his time there as manager.

On the pitch now, Chelsea need to keep the winning momentum going after winning their last game against Southampton last week.

The Blues won the game 4-0 in what was a much needed convincing performance, with goals coming from Christopher Nkunku, Pedro Neto, Levi Colwill, and Marc Cucurella.

EXCLUSIVE! The Goalkeeper Chelsea were very close to signing over Robert Sanchez – fans would have much preferred this!

The Saints were a very poor opposition of course, but Chelsea really needed a big win and a big performance, and that is exactly what they did last night right in the nick of time as they look to keep challenging for that all important Champions League spot.

Neto was superb playing as the number 9 and as well as getting his goal, he has explained why he loves playing as a striker with a hilarious answer!

Things were much better under Tuchel, but he of course is now the manager of England and as an English man, this excites me just as much.

Tuchel spotted with some Blues

As you can see above, the England manager was spotted on a night out having some fun with some of his former Chelsea players, with a few of them still being current Blues

Tuchel was pictured with former midfielder Jorginho. But Mason Mount, Trevoh Chalobah, Reece James, and Ben Chilwell were also there in the images shared on Instagram yesterday.

It’s great to see Tuchel smiling and I am sure these images will bring back a bit of nostalgia for a Chelsea team who won the Champions League but also were not without their issues too.
