Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has been teasing more new signings at Chelsea this summer in one key area on the pitch.
Chelsea beat Benfica in the first set of knockout rounds in the Club World Cup on Saturday night, but it was far from easy and also, very far from drama!
Enzo Maresca labelled it a joke that the game got suspended for two hours due to sever weather conditions and slammed the tournament location as a result, and he really does have a point here.
And then came a flurry of late goal with Benfica equalising deep into stoppage time through a penalty to send it into extra time. Chelsea then bagged a bunch of goals to go on and win the game before it got to penalties!
Chelsea are finally heating up now in the transfer market this summer with a couple of agreed deals confirmed in the last couple of days. It looks like Jamie Gittens of Dortmund, and Joao Pedro of Brighton, are both set to join the club.
And it looks like there could be more new arrivals coming in too, but these may well depend on what offers Chelsea get for their own players and the outgoing moves they make now.

Despite the pending arrivals of Gittens and Pedro, it looks like Chelsea are still looking to bring in yet another new attacker this window.
Fabrizio Romano teased on his latest YouTube video last night:
“I will not be surprised if Chelsea add one more attacking player to their squad positions this summer.
“I will not be surprised at all, because Chelsea are still looking at options for the attacking positions.”
