It has been made official that Gabriel Milito will be the new technical director of Guadalajara for the Apertura 2025 and the Leagues Cup, competitions in which he will seek to reflect his extensive experience in South American soccer as a coach, in addition to imprinting the winning seal that always characterized him as a player both in Europe and Argentina.

Of course, the Argentinean tactician will not arrive alone, as he will be accompanied by a team that will help him implement his training methodology so that the team can adopt the soccer style he intends as quickly as possible.

Gabriel Milito's work team will be made up as follows

His assistant will be Leandro Ávila, who has played this role since Milito's beginnings as coach. Avila was a professional soccer player in Argentina, where he coincided with Milito when they played for Independiente de Avellaneda.

Sergio Di Bartolo, who has accompanied the coach not only in this role, but also as goalkeeping coach in his first stage with Estudiantes de la Plata, will be the physical trainer.

Juan Manuel Cortés will be the video analyst, a function he has fulfilled in Milito's team since his time at O'Higgins and in whom an important part of the team's tactical development falls.

Lastly, Patricio Morales has joined the team as a psychologist in order to create bonds with each of the players, in addition to the fact that he has already worked with Milito during his time at Atlético Mineiro.
