How Barcelona stars Ferran Torres & Gerard Martín could be sold this summer | OneFootball

Some of the non-first-choice members of La Liga champions Barcelona’s first-team ranks could be afforded departures from the club this summer.

That’s according to Diario Sport, who have on Saturday provided an insight into the latest developments behind the scenes in Catalunya’s capital.

Barcelona are of course already hard at work on the transfer market with a view to next season.

After a stellar campaign for their side under the watch of Hansi Flick, Deco and co. have set about building a squad capable of competing on all fronts once more in 2025/26.

Whilst fresh faces are expected at the Camp Nou, though, a number of departures, too, have been touted in the media.

And as alluded to above, this weekend, an insight into precisely how such sales could yet come to fruition has been provided.

Using the example of important members of Hansi Flick’s squad who would be expected to remain backup options next season, Diario Sport report:

‘Movement will not be made to put on the market players that Flick counts on, such as Gerard Martín or Ferran Torres. But those who want to be heard will be listened to.’

In other words, should any Blaugrana star not currently considered first-choice seek out a departure this summer, the Camp Nou hierarchy will listen to offers.
