Real Madrid will entertain Cadiz at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium this Saturday as they look to secure a positive result at home in La Liga. Los Blancos managed to earn a hard-fought 2-2 draw away at Bayern Munich recently which should keep them in good spirits ahead of this game.

Carlo Ancelotti will opt for the 4-4-2 formation and is expected to make a lot of changes to his starting XI for this game. Arda Guler, Dani Ceballos and Thibaut Courtois would all get a chance to impress from the start of this contest.

Defence

Thibaut Courtois will feature in between the sticks for Los Blancos as he looks to keep a clean sheet at the Bernabeu. Nacho will resume his defensive partnership with Eder Militao at the centre of the Real Madrid backline as they look to keep things solid at the back during the game.

Fran Garcia will fill in as the left-back while Dani Carvajal hopes to give a good account of himself on the other side as the right-back. Ancelotti would instruct both of them to pick and choose their moments to join in on the attack.

Antonio Rudiger will be rested on the Real Madrid bench as he offers cover for the defensive positions.

Midfield

Luka Modric and Eduardo Camavinga will anchor the midfield for the Madrid giants as they try to establish their superiority over the opposition at the centre of the park. Brahim Diaz will hope to catch the eye on the right flank while Dani Ceballos fills in as a makeshift left-winger.

Federico Valverde will be available for selection on the bench as he waits for his chance to make an impact in the second half if Ancelotti opts to call upon his services.

Joselu and Arda Guler will lead the charge for the Madrid giants in the final third. Both of them would have to find a way to threaten the Cadiz goal this Saturday.

Vinicius Jr. and Rodrygo will get a rest on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the latter stages if Los Blancos are in need of a goal by then.
