Sky Germany report that Galatasaray are in discussions to sign AS Roma forward Paulo Dybala (31). The Argentine’s contract expires at the end of the season and the Süper Lig side have identified the player as a replacement for compatriot Mauro Icardi, who is sidelined for the remainder of the season with a cruciate ligament injury.
Although talks between the club and Dybala’s entourage are in the early stages, there are currently no negotiations between Galatasaray and Roma, although the Argentine is open to a transfer to Turkey with a loan or permanent transfer both options.
Dybala joined Roma from fellow Serie A side Juventus in July 2022 on a free transfer and has scored 36 and created 19 in 95 games across all competitions for the Giallorossi. With Roma struggled – picking up 16 points in as many games – Dybala has also struggled this campaign with just two goals in 18 games this season.
