Fenerbahce are reportedly interested in signing Arsenal outcast Oleksandr Zinchenko.
The 28-year-old struggled for first-team opportunities last season, and he is not part of Mikel Arteta’s plans this term.
According to Sky Sports, Fenerbahce have explored the conditions of a deal for the Ukrainian international.
The Gunners reportedly want a fee worth £20 million, despite the player’s contract expiring next June.
He has fallen down the pecking order due to the emergence of Myles Lewis-Skelly and the arrival of Riccardo Calafiori last year. He made only five starts in the Premier League last season.
Zinchenko joined Arsenal from Manchester City in 2022. The left-back was expected to help the team fight for trophies, but he has struggled for form and fitness.
The Ukrainian footballer has made 91 appearances in all competitions over the last three years, scoring three goals and providing five assists.
Arsenal have had a busy summer transfer window. They have spent over £200m on six signings as Arteta looks to win the Premier League trophy in 2025-26.
Arsenal are looking to sell their fringe stars to remain compliant with the Premier League’s financial rules.
They have parted company with Nuno Tavares and Marquinhos, and are also looking to sell Reiss Nelson, Fabio Vieira, Jakub Kiwior and Karl Hein before the transfer deadline.
