Lyon have sacked coach Fabio Grosso after just nine games in charge.
Reports from L’Equipe on Thursday morning claim that the French giants have parted ways with the Italian coach after only two months following their continued slide towards potential relegation.

Grosso was hired in September to arrest Lyon’s alarming early season form, but the World Cup winner has been unable to turn things around at the Groupama Stadium.
The former defender has won just one of his nine games and Les Gones are still bottom of Ligue 1 with seven points.
L’Equipe claim that the 46-year-old was given the news late last night and will put Pierre Sage in interim charge.
