Exclusive: El Bilal Toure eager for PSV Eindhoven amid Atalanta talks | OneFootball

The Football Italia exclusive is progressing over the last few days, as PSV Eindhoven are increasingly determined to sign El Bilal Touré from Atalanta.

The striker is not part of Ivan Juric’s plans for this season, having already been sent out on loan last term to VfB Stuttgart.

More negotiations are planned over the weekend to reach a solution that will hopefully satisfy everyone involved.

While Touré has other proposals on the table, he has given the all clear to the Dutch move for PSV Eindhoven and is waiting for the clubs to work out an agreement.

The centre-forward turns 24 in October and is a Mali international with nine goals in 25 senior caps for his country.

Atalanta made history with his €30.2m plus add-ons move from UD Almeria in July 2023, when he became their biggest ever transfer signing, but injuries stalled his progress.

He made only 17 competitive appearances for the club, scoring three goals and providing one assist.
