Medical tests today confirmed that the 27-year-old will miss the match. He has suffered a slight elongation in the adductor muscles of his left thigh.

According to Mediaset, it is between Mehdi Taremi and Joaquin Correa to start for Inter on Monday.

Subsequently, Taremi is the player who came off the bench for Thuram at halftime in the Supercoppa semifinal against Atalanta.

Therefore, the 32-year-old Iranian international would certainly have a good chance of starting on Monday.

However, according to Mediaset, Inzaghi is increasingly considering the idea of starting Correa.
