Everton have confirmed the permanent signing of midfielder Carlos Alcaraz from Flamengo.
The club opted to activate the €15 million (£12.6m) clause to secure the 22-year-old's services after the season came to an end.

Alcaraz has put pen to paper on a two-year contract, keeping him at the club until the summer of 2027.
The Argentine impressed during his loan spell in the second half of the 2024/25 season, contributing two goals and three assists in 16 appearances.
He becomes David Moyes' first permanent signing since the manager returned to the club earlier this year.
