Everton have announced the signing of young Morocco defender Adam Aznou from Bayern Munich.
Aznou joins the Toffees on a four-year deal for an undisclosed transfer reported to be worth an initial €9 million (£7.8 million) with a potential further €3 million (£2.6 million) in add-ons.
The 19-year-old began his 2024/25 campaign with German giants Bayern before moving on loan to Real Valladolid where he featured in 13 games for the Spanish side.
Barcelona-born Aznou then finished the season back with Bayern where he made a cameo appearance in the 10-0 Club World Club win over Auckland City last month.
"I'm so happy to be here. I'm so proud to be part of this team," Aznou said to the club's media.
"The project they gave me is really good. The Premier League is the best league in the world so I'm really excited to start.
"The stadium is really nice. It gives you a good feeling and it's good for our fans to support us. It's perfect for us.
"I just have to say I'm really thankful to be here. I'm really proud so I will give everything in every training session and every game."
