Everton have reached an agreement to sign Jack Grealish on loan from Manchester City.

The two teams have settled on an arrangement that will see Grealish spend the 2025/26 season on loan at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Grealish has given his approval to the move and Fabrizio Romano is reporting that the winger is set to undergo a medical with Everton on Monday.

The 29-year-old’s arrival will be a huge boost for Everton, who have made progress after a frustrating start to the summer transfer window.

Grealish has been exploring his options after being left out of the Manchester City squad for this summer’s Club World Cup.

He started just seven times in the Premier League last season and is keen to secure regular first-team football to boost his chances of making England’s World Cup squad. The move to Everton will also mean Grealish does not have to relocate from the North West.

Grealish is set to become Everton’s sixth signing of the summer and will improve the creative options in David Moyes’s squad. The Toffees will cover the majority of his salary during the loan spell, while there is an option to make the move permanent for a club-record fee of £50m next summer.

He is set to finalise the move in the coming days and could debut in Everton’s Premier League season opener at Leeds United on August 18th.
