Niclas Fullkrug has called on West Ham to raise the levels of performances after a poor first half of the season.

Julen Lopetegui’s side fell to a 4-1 loss to Manchester City on Saturday, which further piled pressure on the Head Coach who many want to see dismissed from his post.

Fullkrug though despite the loss, has tried to rally his teammates as we desperately look to turn a dark spell for the club, saying that character was seen by the players in the loss at the Etihad Stadium.

“We have to try and get our confidence back, because two defeats like that hurt a lot,” said the German international to the club’s Official Website. “I am disappointed about the result, but a little bit happy about the character we tried to show
