Sources with direct knowledge of the matter tell me that today could be a key date for the Liverpool defender’s transfer, given that Roma have scheduled a meeting to learn the terms of his departure from Liverpool.

The 29-year-old is far from being a regular starter at Anfield, and Roma are eager to sign the Greek defender on loan.

De Zerbi’s Marseille also want Tsimikas
