Welcome to the Football Italia Liveblog for coverage of Tuesday evening’s Coppa Italia quarter-final tie between Inter and Lazio at the Stadio Meazza in San Siro.

It kicks off at 21:00 CET (20:00 GMT). It’s a one-legged knockout match, so the winner will meet Milan in the semifinals.

Yann Sommer, Marcus Thuram, Raffaele Di Gennaro, Carlos Augusto and Nicola Zalewski are unavailable for the Nerazzurri. Valentin Castellanos, Elseid Hysaj, Patric, and Fisayo Dele-Bashiru are the unavailable Lazio players.

Inter won three of the last editions of the tournament, while Lazio last lifted the Coppa Italia in 2018-19, beating Atalanta in the Final.

Both sides have crucial Serie A matches ahead, so Simone Inzaghi and Marco Baroni have rotated their squads, resting a few regular starters. Inter will visit second-placed Napoli on Saturday, while Lazio will visit their direct rivals Milan the following day.
