Conflicting reports over Oussama Targhalline’s withdrawal from Marseille visit | OneFootball

Oussama Targhalline (22) once again missed his return to the Stade Vélodrome when Le Havre AC visited Olympique de Marseille on Sunday evening.

Targhalline had missed his club’s meeting with his former team last season due to a hip injury, and this time round was absent again when head coach Didier Digard announced that the midfielder had caught a flu that was making its way through the squad.

However, L’Équipe postulates that this might not be the case. According to the French outlet, a source close to the team allegedly told them that Targhalline was missing the match due to a disagreement with Digard during training. Targhalline is alleged to have left for Morocco for a few days and was thought to still be in North Africa on Monday.

Le Havre denies this story and assures that while the Moroccan international was absent for training on Tuesday he will be present for the session held today.
