Comolli, who has French and Italian citizenship, is expected to join Juventus during the off-season, and could spark a structural reorganisation among the Bianconeri senior management.
His new role has not yet been specified, but reports from Calciomercato.com claims that he could take on a role similar to a general manager, and that he could act as an intermediary between sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli and CEO Maurizio Scanavino.
Giorgio Chiellini, meanwhile, is expected to be promoted and handed more responsibilities within the Juve management.
