A total of 45 players are at risk of missing the Club World Cup semi-finals, including seven from Chelsea, six from Bayern Munich, and six from Borussia Dortmund
Players receive a one-game ban after picking up two bookings.
Moises Caicedo and Jobe Bellingham have already fallen victim to the rule, earning suspensions for their respective quarter-final matches after collecting two bookings in earlier rounds.
FIFA wipe the slate clean after the quarter-finals. So, a player effectively has to avoid two yellow cards in his first five appearances to avoid a ban.
A red card at any stage of the Club World Cup will result in a one-match ban.

Fluminense: Nonato, Martinelli, Keno, Facundo Bernal, Jhon Arias, Juan Pablo Freytes, Thiago Santos, Germán Cano.
Paris Saint-Germain: Fabian Ruiz, Joao Neves, Marquinhos.
Bayern Munich: Leon Goretzka, Joshua Kimmich, Jonathan Tah, Konrad Laimer, Harry Kane, Jamal Musiala.
Real Madrid: Vinicius Junior, Jude Bellingham.
Borussia Dortmund: Felix Nmecha, Yan Couto, Carney Chukwuemeka, Ramy Bensebaini, Maximilian Beier, Serhou Guirassy.
