Turkish Super Lig side Samsunspor are keen on taking Hull City playmaker Abdulkadir Omur back to Turkey on loan next season.
The 25-year-old has been out on loan at Samsunspor’s fellow top-flight club Rizespor, who he joined in February.
His spell there has come to an end and he is set to return to his parent club to await clarity on his future.
Omur has already started to draw interest from Turkey again.
Thomas Reis’ Samsunspor have been left impressed with what they have seen from Omur during his brief spell.
According to Turkish outlet Skorer, the club want to add Omur on loan for the next season.
It now remains to be seen what Hull City’s response to the proposal is once Samsunspor decide to make it official.
Hull City owner Acun Ilicali hails from Turkey and therefore, interest in the club’s players from the country is not unusual.
They sold one of their stars, Ozan Tufan, to Trabzonspor last summer.
Before moving to Turkey in February, Omur had notched up 20 Championship appearances for the Tigers.
He is a product of Trabzonspor’s youth academy and moved to England during the January transfer window last year.
He has since notched up 37 appearances for the club, but is yet to register his first goal for them.
Hull City have him tied down with a contract until the summer of 2027.
