With key players missing and exhaustion setting in, it looked like Alex Ferguson’s last chance to secure the one honor that had eluded him would come down to one final corner kick.

No one was better suited to take it than David Beckham, and when his delivery caused chaos in the box, Teddy Sheringham pounced on a loose ball to score and tie the game.

Just moments later, in the 93rd minute, United won another corner. Once again, Beckham’s cross couldn’t be cleared, and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer guided the ball into the top of the net, completing an incredible comeback and securing victory.

It was classic Fergie time.
