As for Liverpool, they battled hard at Anfield to secure a 2-1 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers last weekend thanks to goals from Luis Diaz and Mohamed Salah, but on Wednesday night, the Reds were held to a 2-2 draw in the Premier League by Aston Villa at Villa Park.
