Chelsea midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is set to join Everton this summer after both clubs agreed to a permanent deal, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Talks have progressed quickly between all the parties involved after it emerged earlier today that Everton were keen on the former Leicester City star.
The Hill Dickinson Stadium club will be parting with an initial £25 million for Dewsbury-Hall, and add-ons could push the total fees to £29m.
It is a massive boost for Everton manager David Moyes as he looks to make further recruitment this summer following the arrivals of just two outfield players since the transfer window opened.
The Chelsea star brings plenty of quality and experience to the Toffees midfield, and a deal could be completed in the coming days.
Dewsbury-Hall is not the only player Everton are in talks to right now, with Southampton attacker Tyler Dibling also expected to complete a move when they agree on a fee.
The Saints have already given the 19-year-old sensation permission to hold talks with the Toffees, and agreeing personal terms is unlikely to be an issue.
Everton have signed Charly Alcaraz permanently after his impressive loan spell last term.
Thierno Barry, Mark Travers and Adam Aznou have also joined them from Villarreal, Bournemouth and Bayern Munich, respectively.
Dewsbury-Hall and Dibling could be next, but the Merseyside club would still need three or four more quality additions to be able to compete strongly across all three domestic competitions next season.
