Simone Inzaghi is expected to start Marko Arnautovic and Mehdi Taremi against Crvena Zvezda this evening, while Davide Frattesi and Federico Dimarco will likely start on the bench.
It kicks off at 21:00 CET (19:00 GMT) at the Stadio Meazza in San Siro.
Nicolò Barella and Tajon Buchanan are injured, and Tomas Palacios and Joaquin Correa are unavailable because they are not part of Inter‘s Champions League squad.
In their debut in the competition two weeks ago, the Nerazzurri held Manchester City to a 0-0 draw.
Inzaghi will rotate in attack, starting Arnautovic and Taremi and leaving Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram on the bench.
Piotr Zielinski will return to the starting, joining Hakan Calhanoglu and Henrikh Mkhitaryan in the middle of the park. Italy stars Frattesi and Dimarco will go on the bench, with Carlos Augusto starting on the left wing.
Benjamin Pavard, Stefan de Vrij and Alessandro Bastoni are expected to start in central defence with Yann Sommer in goal.
