Italy starlet Cesare Casadei has reportedly given his approval to a potential move to Torino on a permanent deal, as negotiations between the Granata and Chelsea intensify.
According to updates from Gianluca Di Marzio, Casadei has said yes to the opportunity of a return to his home country. There had been several clubs interested in making a move for the 21-year-old in the January transfer window, but Torino now appear to be in advanced negotiations with Chelsea.

Napoli, Lazio and Monza have also been reported to be interested in signing Casadei this month.
According to reports late on Saturday evening, Torino are currently negotiating for a permanent deal for the Italy U21 star.
Di Marzio reports that Chelsea are seeking a fee in the region of €20m for Casadei, and are also pushing for a buy-back clause in their favour.
Torino, meanwhile, have reportedly offered somewhere in the region of €12m with a significant sell-on clause.
While there is still a gap to be bridged in negotiations, talks are still ongoing and Casadei’s desire to return to Italy is understood to be an important factor.
