Former Roma manager Fabio Capello weighed in on Roma’s competitive race for Top 4.

In light of Juve’s 1-1 result with Lazio, Capello spoke to La Gazzetta dello Sport ahead of Roma’s upcoming match with Atalanta.

“Now Juve are now longer dependent on themselves. They must hope in Gasperini’s Atalanta,” said Capello.

“It’s still too early to make predictions,” he added. “But Roma have now a golden opportunity.”

“If Roma don’t win in Bergamo, I continue to have faith in Juventus for fourth place.”

“Roma has impressed me in recent weeks, especially in the success at San Siro against Inter. Ranieri’s team is orderly and humble, with clear ideas.”
