Bühler named in Switzerland squad

Luana Bühler has been called up by Switzerland for their final two fixtures of their UEFA EURO 2025 qualifiers.

A constant in the Switzerland backline throughout their qualifying campaign since the turn of the year, the defender has been selected once more for her nation as they just need one point to secure their spot at the top of the group.

Pia Sundhage’s side travel to Kocaeli Stadium to face Turkey on Friday 12 July (6.30pm UK) in their penultimate game of the campaign before rounding off the group by welcoming Azerbaijan on Tuesday 16 July (6pm UK).

Luana, who has featured in every game for her country in the EURO qualifiers, has 52 caps and three goals to her name.
