Boubacar Kamara ruled out for two weeks

Boubacar Kamara has been ruled out of action for at least two weeks with a muscle injury.

Kamara picked up his injury early in the frustrating 1-1 draw against Ipswich the weekend and will now miss the crucial games against Liverpool and Chelsea, according to The Athletic.

The Frenchman, who is arguably Villas’s most important midfielder has been covering in defence recently due to injuries to Tyrone Mings, Ezri Konsa and Pau Torres.

The former Marseille man has played 25 games this season, so far, despite being ruled out previously for 9 mines after picking up an ACL injury in February 2024 against Manchester United.

Kamara isn’t expected to return until early March when Villa head to Brentford in the Premier League.
