Borussia Dortmund identify Stuttgart’s Chris Führich as Jadon Sancho replacement   | OneFootball

Borussia Dortmund have identified VfB Stuttgart’s Chris Führich as a potential replacement should they fail to keep hold of Jadon Sancho this summer, according to WAZ.

Führich is on BVB’s list and has a release clause of just €23.5m. However, whether Dortmund activates the release clause depends on Jadon Sancho.

Another loan for Sancho?

It’s no surprise that BVB want to keep hold of Sancho. The English winger has stepped up his game since arriving from Manchester United, where he was exiled by head coach Erik ten Hag.

However, due to finances, Dortmund will likely be unable to purchase Sancho. The club is currently working on another loan deal for the 24-year-old.

If worst comes to the worse and BVB can’t keep Snacho, it’s likely that will force the club’s hand. Führich is definitely on the transfer list and is seen as someone who could fill the void if it occurs.
