Recently, a name that popped up was that of 18-year-old Brazilian winger Riquelme Felipe. Reportedly, Deco has been keeping an eye on the player since quite some time now, and Barcelona seems to have a good impression of him.

Now, according to Fichajes, Barcelona is seriously evaluating the possibility of making a potential move for him. As of right now, a move to the Catalan club might actually be a serious possibility considering the reported interest of Barça in the Fluminense winger.

A recurring pattern for the club recently

After all, the club is all in for low-cost signings of promising young players as it presents an opportunity with minimal risk but the chance of a big reward. They went down the same route with Roony Bardghji’s signing, and Felipe’s potential operation could end up being the same.

Moreover, if there is an existing release clause, that would make the operation much simpler. Known for his dribbling and flair, the young winger is already seen as one of the most impressive dribblers in the Campeonato Carioca, and he is also regarded as a selfless player.
