Barcelona legend aims dig at Real Madrid over Clásico record this season | OneFootball

A former member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona has made use of the opportunity to have some fun at the expense of Real Madrid.

This of course comes fresh off Barcelona’s latest triumph in El Clásico.

Spanish football’s two leading clubs went head-to-head for the final time this season over the weekend, in Catalunya’s capital.

When all was said and done, it was hosts Barca who emerged on the right side of a seven-goal thriller, in the process all but securing their status as La Liga champions for 2024/25.

And one individual who evidently derived great enjoyment from as much was Blaugrana legend Hristo Stoichkov.

Taking to Instagram in the aftermath of Sunday’s Clásico, ex-frontman Stoichkov unveiled a photo of Lamine Yamal celebrating, accompanied by the caption:

‘Titles won by Barca – 3. Titles won by Madrid – 0. Clasicos won by Barca – 4’
