There’s new information regarding the health status of Ivorian defender Evan Ndicka. The Africa Cup of Nations winner sustained an injury while playing for AS Roma in a pre-season match.

After suffering a thigh injury, Evan Ndicka traveled to Burton for the second stage of AS Roma’s pre-season preparations. According to the club’s medical staff, the Ivorian international is not dealing with any serious issues.
Starting against RC Lens, the African champion was forced to leave the pitch in the 40th minute due to injury. Suffering from sciatica, he was given a rest on Sunday, August 3, during the first training session on English soil.
The central defender will undergo individual training for several days. However, his condition is not a cause for concern.
