The club confirmed that the game against Newcastle United, originally scheduled for Saturday, will now take place on Sunday, May 18 at 4.30pm and be shown live on Sky Sports.

The fixture, coming with just two games left to play, could be critical in deciding final league positions.
Arsenal currently sit second in the table, seven points ahead of third-placed Newcastle, with five matches remaining.
The Magpies are locked in a battle to secure Champions League qualification, sitting just one point clear of Manchester City in fourth and two ahead of Chelsea in fifth. Forest and Villa are also on 57 points, like Chelsea, albeit with worse goal differences.

The game against Newcastle will be the final Emirates outing of the season ahead of the final-day trip to already-relegated Southampton, scheduled for Sunday, May 25, with all matches kicking off simultaneously at 4pm.
It will be Arsenal’s fourth meeting with Newcastle this season, following the league encounters and a bruising two-legged semi-final exit in the Carabao Cup, a competition Newcastle ultimately won to end a 56-year wait for a major domestic trophy.
However, Arsenal will take confidence from their emphatic 4-1 victory over Newcastle in the corresponding league fixture at the Emirates Stadium last February, as well as Newcastle’s thrashing this weekend by Aston Villa by the same scoreline as the Gunners themselves put four without reply past Ipswich.
