And the Sun say Partey is now in talks with the Spanish giants over a move to Camp Nou.

Meanwhile, Kicker say Liverpool have yet to meet Bayer Leverkusen’s asking price for Florian Wirtz and have had two offers turned down.

The 22-year-old is said to be keen on a move to Anfield but Leverkusen are reportedly holding out for a fee close to €150m.

Elsewhere, David Ornstein reports that Liam Delap has agreed on personal terms with Chelsea and is undergoing his medical with the club.

He is set to join on a six-year deal after Chelsea met the Ipswich striker’s £30m release clause.

Chelsea could also move for Borussia Dortmund’s Jamie Gittens, according to the Guardian, who say they are weighing up a bit for the Englishman after initial talks.

The winger is said to be valued at £50m and is one of several players the Blues are reportedly keen on.

The Athletic’s David Ornstein also reports that Manchester City are pursuing a deal for Wolves full-back Rayan Ait-Nouri.

He says negotiations are ongoing but that the move is expected to go through.

The Mail say Manchester City have opened talks with Lyon over a move for attacking midfielder Rayan Cherki.

The 21-year-old is said to be valued at £35m.

Also from the Mail, Nottingham Forest are reportedly in talks over signing three players form Brazilian side Botafogo – centre-back Jair Cunha, striker Igor Jesus and left-back Cuiabano.

Sky Sports reports that Brentford have agreed an £18m deal to sign goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher from Liverpool with current shot stopper Mark Flekken set to depart for Bayer Leverkusen.

And they also say Everton are keen on a move for Brighton midfielder Matt O’Riley this summer if the Seagulls are willing to let him leave, but that clubs in Europe are also interested.
