Paris Saint-Germain wanted to add more French talent to its squad as it ushered out the superstar era. However, PSG might be dealing with the same locker room issues that plagued it when it was pursuing big-name players.
The capital club are in a crisis situation as they’re struggling offensively under manager Luis Enrique, especially in the UEFA Champions League. PSG have not scored more than one goal in a contest in five league phase matches.
As a result, there are issues, and players express their frustration through the media. Moreover, it’s not all the squad members; a report reveals that Enrique might be at odds with the French players.

L’Équipe reports that several French players at PSG, particularly Ousmane Dembélé and Presnel Kimpembe, are not in favor of Enrique and his ideas. Randal Kolo Muani is also privately frustrated with his situation.
However, this is just a small portion of the locker room’s sentiment, as most players continue to support Enrique. He maintains a strong relationship with the majority of the squad.
Issues from Kolo Muani shouldn’t come as a surprise as the striker isn’t considered by Enrique, who opted to go with a false No. 9 rather than count on the Frenchman when Gonçalo Ramos was injured.
Kolo Muani is linked with a move away from PSG ahead of the January window, with transfer rumors putting him on Arsenal and Manchester United’s radar.
