With the January transfer window fast approaching, speculation about Randal Kolo Muani’s future at Paris Saint-Germain is intensifying, particularly as his limited playing time continues to attract attention.

Since Luis Enrique took charge, Kolo Muani has found it difficult to secure a regular spot as PSG’s No. 9. He has played just 425 minutes across all competitions so far, fueling rumors that he could be on his way out in January.

Le10Sport reports that Manchester United have expressed interest in the French forward and recently made contact to discuss their intentions. However, with limited funds available for a permanent transfer, the club is said to be considering a loan move for the second half of the 2024-25 season.

Florian Plettenberg of Sky Sports Germany reports that Kolo Muani is a top target for RB Leipzig this winter. A move from PSG is a real possibility, with a loan deal seeming like the most likely option at this point.

RB Leipzig are interested in Muani for several reasons: his familiarity with the Bundesliga, his pace and versatility, and his ability to add depth to their attack. However, the main challenge for Leipzig will be securing the finances and making the deal work. The French forward also has interest from top Premier League clubs.

CaughtOffside also reported this week that Arsenal are monitoring six attackers as potential transfer targets:

  • Alexander Isak
  • Benjamin Sesko
  • Bryan Mbeumo
  • Mateo Retegui
  • Liam Delap
  • Kolo Muani
