Fermin Lopez has been an unsung hero of sorts for Barcelona this season, having played a key role in the club’s recent set of wins.

Coming on the back of a successful summer that saw him win Euro 2024 and an Olympic Gold Medal, many doubted whether or not Fermin would remain a key player in Hansi Flick’s system.

However, the Spaniard has capitalised on his opportunities quite well, offering himself as an ideal alternative to Dani Olmo, who had to spend a brief spell on the sidelines.

Arsenal, Liverpool & PSG eye move for Fermin

Fermin Lopez’s performances have not gone unnoticed either, with the Barcelona starlet emerging on the radar of at least three European giants.

According to Fichajes, Premier League giants Arsenal and Liverpool are indeed eyeing a move for Fermin, whereas Paris Saint-Germain are also involved in the chase.

These clubs see Fermin as a versatile attacker, who can be handy due to his tactical flexibility and the ability to adapt to different styles of play.

As such, all three clubs are likely to make a move for Fermin in the summer of 2025.

Barcelona open to selling Fermin for €80 million

Fermin Lopez’s contract at Barcelona does not expire until 2027, with the club in talks to extend that deal until 2029.

However, Barcelona may consider the sale of the Spanish international if they receive lucrative offers for him next summer.

To that end, the Catalans could be tempted to sell Fermin for a fee of around €80 million, which the club consider appropriate for the player.

However, it is unlikely that any club would be willing to splash out such a hefty sum on Fermin, especially considering the fact that the majority of these European giants are looking at the Spaniard only as an added option rather than a first-team regular.
