In a recent report, RTI Esporte mentioned that Arsenal have made a move for Fluminense playmaker Isaque Severino Silva. It has been claimed that the Gunners have launched a bid worth just over €12m to land the Brazilian whizkid.

Isaque’s Impressive Rise In Brazilian Football

The 18-year-old has come through the youth ranks of Fluminense and managed to break out as a first-team starter for them recently. Isaque has already made 12 senior appearances for the Brazilian outfit so far, but is still waiting to score his first goal for the club.

The gifted teenager has caught the eye at times with his performances in the youth levels of Brazilian football. Thus, it is no surprise that the Gunners are showing interest in recruiting him in this transfer window.

Isaque is under contract at Fluminense until the end of 2029, which could make it difficult for Arsenal to sign him on the cheap this summer.

Arsenal Have Made A Move For Isaque: Is He A Prospect For The Future?

Isaque can create some space for himself to get some strikes in at goal. He has got the vision to create a few inviting chances for others around him and is a good dribbler with the ball at his feet.

The Brazilian sensation is a technically gifted footballer as well. Isaque mainly operates in the number ten position but can also function as a right-sided wide player if needed. However, he is still quite raw and would need time to prove his worth in the Premier League if the Gunners manage to get him on board this summer.

Isaque would no doubt enhance the quality of Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta’s attack in the long run. He has what it takes to break into the North London club’s first XI in the coming years.
