Arsenal are now 'exploring' the possibility of sending Japanese international Takehiro Tomiyasu under the knife once more as he continues to struggle with a knee injury.
Tomiyasu has managed just six minutes of senior action this season to date, but has not featured since October as he continues to battle his own body.

Now, the Daily Mail report that the club are in "talks over a potential operation" as they look to nurse the defender back to health.
Any surgery would likely see him miss the remainder of the campaign.
