Manager Ruben Amorim must rotate a few of his players after two hard-fought battles against Liverpool and Arsenal.

Former United captain Harry Maguire has been in impressive form lately.

He played a crucial role in United’s fascinating FA Cup third round win over the Gunners on Sunday.

Amorim has revealed that Maguire was sick in the last game, but still put in a robust performance.

He said (via ManUtd.com): “Harry was sick in the last game. He was dead in the end – and that’s what I want from every player.

“[Playing against the Saints?] Harry, we will see. We cannot lose him, so we will see.”

We believe Amorim will rest Maguire for today’s clash.

Leny Yoro could return to the starting XI in the right centre-back position.

Matthijs de Ligt could move to the central spot in the back three.

Described as ‘untouchable’ at United (as per Fabrizio Romano), Yoro has been earning rave plaudits for his displays since returning from the injury he suffered in pre-season.

He has featured seven times in the English top flight but five of those appearances have come from the bench.

The 19-year-old came on for a brief cameo in the 2-2 draw with Liverpool and earned praise from journalist Samuel Luckhurst.

He put in a marvellous last-ditch tackle to deny Darwin Nunez a great opportunity to score a late winner.

Yoro possesses a quick burst of acceleration and is very strong at reading the game.

The teenager has made 1.3 tackles per league game this term with a passing accuracy of 92 percent.

United must aim to record a clean sheet today. Yoro could play a crucial role in achieving that.
