Ruben Amorim has welcomed three sidelined players back to training on the eve of Manchester United’s Europa League final showdown vs. Tottenham Hotspur.
The Red Devils are now undergoing their final preparations at Carrington this morning before jetting off to Spain
In what comes as a substantial boost to the side as they look to end such a calamitous campaign on a high, there could well be some surprise faces added to the travelling squad.

Indeed, Leny Yoro, Joshua Zirkzee and Diogo Dalot have all been spotted taking part in today’s session alongside the first team at the training complex, evoking optimism amongst the Old Trafford faithful that the trio can be involved in some form tomorrow night.
Yoro was forced off in the 2-0 defeat to West Ham on May 11, which ruled him out of the subsequent trip to Stamford Bridge – also a loss – last Sunday.
He has played an integral role under Amorim this season after being made to endure a delayed start to his maiden term through injury. As a result, Yoro did not play a single competitive minute in Erik ten Hag’s final months as manager.
Zirkzee’s attacking prowess and silky link-up play have been sorely missed in his absence. He has been out of action since mid-April when he suffered a hamstring complaint, at the time being ruled out of the remainder of 2024/2025.
The forward did, however, tell close friend and ex-Bayern Munich teammate Alphonso Davies that he hoped to fully recover in time to make the final.
As for Dalot, his unfathomable streak of starting week in, week out and playing virtually all 90 minutes throughout came to an abrupt end last month.
A calf injury rendered the Portugal international unavailable for the semi-finals against Athletic Club and the last four Premier League outings.
All three Reds could prove to be difference-makers at San Mames Stadium.
