This news comes after Chelsea beat Real Betis to win the Conference League on Wednesday night after being a goal down at half time and turning it around.

EXCLUSIVE! Chelsea now eyeing move to sign another Manchester City first team attacker!

The Blues ended up winning the game 4-1 in the end after a bit of a Cole Palmer masterclass in the second half, providing two beautiful assists for his team mates to grab crucial goals.

Although head coach Enzo Maresca is once again not willing to get carried away after this by insisting that Chelsea’s target for next season is not going to be winning the Champions League!

Chelsea signing Delap

Chelsea will complete the signing of Liam Delap from Ipswich Town this week as Romano confirmed the deal will be announced later today and a medical has been booked.

But Delap might not be the only new striker arriving at Chelsea this summer, with Romano admitted there is a chance that the club look to sign another one as well.

Romano on new strikers

The transfer reporter put out his latest YouTube video last night, and he has this to say on new strikers at Chelsea this summer:

“After Liam Delap, it will depend on opportunities. Chelsea and Liverpool are informed on Hugo Ekitike and there will be contacts with both clubs in the next days.

“Chelsea remains interested in the situation of Ekitike, but it’s not something advanced. No big changes this week, but next week we will understand more.”

An interesting situation that could soon develop over the coming days. Imagine if Chelsea signed two strikers!? Wow!
