Bruno Henrique and Rodrigo Caio’s injuries have become the Flamengo medical department’s first priority, as they are attempting to have the former ready for Wednesday’s Recopa Sudamericana second-leg.

Rodrigo Caio will assuredly be absent for Wednesday’s final, while Bruno Henrique is very doubtful but has not been ruled out for the return leg at the Maracanã.

Bruno Henrique will undergo a trio of daily treatments on his LCL injury to his right knee: mornings, afternoons, and evenings in the attacker’s residence.

With Flamengo playing such an inferior opponent in Boavista in Sunday’s Taça Guanabara final, the rubro-negro board will not even take a chance on him making an appearance.

Meanwhile, Léo Pereira was re-evaluated on Friday and could potentially play this weekend. He is still recovering from a thigh injury he suffered during their semi-final win against Fluminense.
