In a recent tweet, journalist Ibrahim Sannie Daara revealed that Real Madrid are among the clubs hoping to land West Ham United star Mohammed Kudus. It has been stated that Los Blancos would have to rival Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain in the race to land the Ghana international this summer.

Kudus is enjoying a decent campaign at the East London club as he has put in a series of impressive displays for them in the final third. The 23-year-old has scored 13 goals and picked up six assists in 44 matches for the Hammers this season on all fronts.

The Accra-born talent has been a reliable performer in the opponent’s half based on his average of 2.0 shots, 0.9 key passes and 3.8 dribbles per 90 minutes in the Premier League. He has even been tidy when distributing possession after completing 84.5% of his attempted passes in league football (stats via whoscored).

Kudus is under contract at the London Stadium until the summer of 2028. Hence, Real Madrid would have to make a big offer if they are to stand a chance of recruiting him later this year.

Is Kudus A Good Option For Real Madrid Boss Carlo Ancelotti?

Kudus is a good dribbler with the ball at his feet and can make a few dangerous runs with the ball on the right flank. He has got the vision to engineer some meaningful openings for his teammates in the final third.

The Ghana international can even strike the ball with power and precision from long range. He deserves a ton of credit for chipping in by scoring and creating his fair share of goals for West Ham this season.

We can expect Kudus to add more firepower to Real Madrid‘s attack. He has what it takes to challenge for a regular starting spot in Carlo Ancelotti’s first team next season.
