Manchester City and Liverpool are scouting Fluminense starlet Arthur Wenderroscky.
The 17-year-old has only ever played 15 minutes for the Brazilian side's first-team.

But scouts from both Premier League clubs have taken a liking to the attacking midfielder, according to Ekrem Konur.
Arthur has represented Brazil at the U15 and U16 levels.
