It’s no secret that Christian Früchtl is looking to become Bayern Munich’s first-choice goalkeeper of the future, despite the club bringing in Alexander Nübel, who many feel is Manuel Neuer’s successor for both club and country.

Having yet made his first-team debut, his contract expiring in two years, and currently behind Neuer, Nübel, and Sven Ulreich, Bayern are looking to send Früchtl on his first-ever loan spell.

In addition, they are hoping that a Bundesliga side will take him on as their first-choice goalkeeper in order to give him the challenge and first-team experience that’s necessary for his development.

However, Sport1 have claimed that there are currently no concrete offers for either Früchtl nor Ulreich, who is in the last year of his contract.

It’s widely believed that Bayern Munich will not conduct any business whatsoever until the conclusion of their Champions League journey.
