The agent of Inter Milan, Liverpool, and Barcelona target Alberto Moleiro feels the Spaniard has a similar style of play to Luka Modric.

Agent Olaf Banaras Ferrera, who represents the 21-year-old Las Palmas midfielder, spoke to Italian outlet NerazzurriSiamoNoi about the player.

This season has been an eye-catching one for young Las Palmas midfielder Moleiro.

The 20-year-old has become more and more of a creative spark for the club from the Canary Islands.

Moleiro has scored two goals and made three assists from just over 1500 minutes in La Liga.

This has helped Las Palmas to stay in the top flight with what looks to be a midtable finish.

However, the Spanish club may not be able to keep hold of Moleiro for another season.

Transfer interest in the Spaniard is starting to build. A number of bigger clubs both within Spain and around Europe have taken notice of Moleiro’s form in La Liga.

The likes of Barcelona, Real Sociedad, and Girona are all keen on the young Spaniard as far as clubs in La Liga.

Then, Inter are also keeping their eye on Moleiro according to reports. And in the Premier League, Liverpool and Brighton and Hove Albion are tracking the 21-year-old.

Agent Compares Inter Target Alberto Moleiro To Luka Modric

Moleiro’s agent Ferrara explained the midfielder’s style of play.

“He’s a number ten. He can play on the left and make attacking runs, but his best position is in the middle of the pitch.”

The agent continued that “He can also act as more of a box-to-box midfielder, like a Number Eight.”

“He has a great vision for the game, and he knows how to orchestrate the play.”

The agent said that Moleiro “Needs a team that plays with the ball, keeps a lot of possession.”

“His style of play is similar to that of Modric,” Ferrera said, comparing Moleiro to the Real Madrid and former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder.

As far as links to Inter, the agent said that “They certainly play good football. But I don’t comment on transfer rumours.”
